A man in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, killed his wife and hid her body inside a fort in Sagar district. The victim, identified as Shivangi, wife of Rishiraj Singh, was discovered dead four days after she went missing at Dhamoni fort. The police began searching after her family reported her disappearance. Initially suspected by the police, Rishiraj eventually confessed to the crime. He admitted to strangling his wife and concealing her body at the fort. Investigations revealed that Shivangi and Rishiraj had visited the fort together, but Rishiraj returned home without her. Concerned, the family reported her missing, leading to the police's involvement. Rishiraj's confession unveiled that he had an affair, which fueled his jealousy and led him to commit the murder. Rishiraj is now in police custody as authorities continue to investigate and gather more evidence.
